Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return policy for fertilizers, meaning you have 3 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, the fertilizer must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product immediately. If your fertilizer is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly. We will assess the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of fertilizers, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used. We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Fertilizers that have been opened or used.

Refunds

once the refund is approved, it will take 10-15 days time for the refund to be credited in the respective payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
